Meta
For four years I designed within Meta's Monetization organization, across Business Growth Products — the teams focused on helping small businesses succeed as advertisers. I worked across several teams in that space, most recently as design lead for Small Business Ads Growth.
As the teams Product Designer, I owned strategy and execution across acquisition, resurrection, and retention initiatives. Leading through influence rather than authority, I steered roadmap decisions, shipped 20+ experiments across the advertiser lifecycle, and delivered the team's first major retention win in over a year — working AI-native throughout, and consistently recognized for exceeding expectations.

URBN
At URBN I led mobile product design across the company's three flagship brands — Anthropologie, Free People, and Urban Outfitters — which share a single app codebase, so every experience had to serve all three at once.
The work was strategic and research-driven from the start: I grounded decisions in business goals, customer research, and behavioral data, then shipped across the shopping journey. I led a brand-expansion initiative that gave Free People's growth sub-brand, FP Movement, a distinct but connected presence in the app, and an inventory-visibility initiative that brought transparent shipping and pickup options to the browse and checkout experience.
